System Requirements

If you experience problems with Huddle, please make sure that your computer meets the following requirements:

  • A recent version of the Macromedia Flash player must be installed (version 8 or higher required).
  • Huddle will work on all plaforms (Windows, Linux, Mac) as long as you have Macromedia Flash version 8 or higher.
  • If you are broadcasting audio, please verify that you have a microphone connected to your computer.
  • If you are broadcasting audio from a phone, please verify that you have an audio capture device connecting your phone to your computers microphone or input connector.

Having Problems?

If your computer meets the above requirements and you are still experiencing problems, please follow these steps to troubleshoot your issue:

Step 1: Test your Connection to the Huddle Servers.

Depending on your network and computer settings, you may have a firewall preventing you from connecting to the Huddle servers. You can launch the connection test utility below:

Step 2: Verify that you do not have a popup blocker preventing access.

Huddle opens the presenter and particpant interfaces in popup windows. Please check your browser popup settings, or other popup blocking software you may be using to verify that popups are allowed from this site.

Step 3: Contact Huddle Support for Assistance

If you have tested your setup and are still experiencing problems, please contact us for further assistance.
